Resources for Research and Writing

Agricultural & Food Law Research & Writing

There are a myriad of important issues that deserve the attention of legal researchers and scholars. The resources posted on this page are designed to assist the LL.M. candidates in the LL.M. Program in Agricultural and Food Law at the University of Arkansas School of Law, but they are being made available in order to foster good scholarship throughout the discipline. We live in a time where accurate information, reasoned analysis, and freedom of speech is particularly important.

The following resources were prepared for the LL.M. candidates who are working on their final writing requirement, but they may also be helpful to anyone working on agricultural and food law scholarship projects:

  • For LL.M. candidates, we will meet via zoom on Fridays at noon.

  • Powerpoint presentations and recordings from class will be posted here.
